I'm not a fan of the idea of corset training. That's a lot of hours every day of wearing one. I think you'd be better served from fat transfer if you can't get enough meat on your hips.. male waists are naturally smaller than their torsos. Ala the inverted triangle shape, half of the hourglass. Add some inches to your hips and you're the perfect hourglass. I have corsets, but I use then for fashion when out and about and not nearly as tight as waist training would require. If you have the flared lower ribs, there are exercises that you can do to get them to pull back in. Just like if you have "wings" for shoulder blades. Then creative wardrobe choices and you have a natural hourglass
