Are there any doctors/clinics in the US that do so?

I would personally urge you to do them separately. I'm all about convenience, but you will heal and recover more easily from doing them separately.

Your arms will be relatively useless to you after top surgery and you will need to rely on your abdominal muscles much more. A hysterectomy compromises your abdominal muscles and you need to rely on your arms much more. So you can see how doing both at the same time might be difficult. If you absolutely have to do both procedures at once, you should expect to have someone available to you 24/7 to assist you because it will be very difficult to help yourself.

Your recovery time would also likely be extended - I would imagine from the usual 2-4 weeks for each procedure individually to 6-8+ weeks for both at once. To compare, I recovered for a week from top surgery and for 3 days from my hysterectomy.

In terms of logistics - it will be difficult to find a single surgeon that does both of these procedures at once in the US outside of a university hospital. Top surgery = plastic surgeon, hysterectomy = OBGYN. You could look into the universities that have teams doing SRS (OHSU, UMiami, NYU). They would be best equipped to help you do multiple procedures at once.

On top of all the great points FTMax made, personally I think that'd be one hell of a rough ride to put your body through. Recovering from top surgery alone took a lot out of me despite recovering pretty fast/without complications. Its a major surgery and so is hysto. Even if everything goes smoothly that's putting your body through a lot I think, plus if there is even any minor complication or even trying to get to follow up appointments in the coming weeks after surgeries would not be fun. I'd do them separately.

I wouldn't know any US surgeons who can help you. But as Max said, you will need both a plastic surgeon and a gynaecologist.

Personally, I'd say, by all means go ahead and combine the two. Here in The Netherlands, I'd say about half the guys get those two together and healingtime doesn't seem to take longer than a seperate chestsurgery. It mostly depends on how the person himself heals. (and I'd say the main reason it's 'only' half and not more, is because doing chest first would mean a shorter waiting time and since we have to be a year on hormones before we can have any surgery, we hate waiting even longer ) Following the procedures here, the only reason I wouldn't recommend doing both at the same time is because we have the possibility of combining the hysto with the colpectomy/vaginectomy, this greatly reduced the chances for complications with the colpectomy.

As most surgeons outside of The Netherlands that perform a colpectomy do this in the same surgery as the phalloplasty, combining chest and hysto wouldn't be a problem at all.
