Has anyone tried the over the counter natural hormone boosters been recommended them as a start before getting on HRT and with them being natural they are safe.

I think it is safe to say that the over the counter hormone boosters are effective in taking money from you and not doing much else. IF they have any effect it tends to be minor and a placebo effect cannot be ruled out. The potency of E is so high compared to these that there is no comparison.

And please be very careful of under the counter stuff. It can just be poison.
