When i look at the before and after photos, i think maybe is the one, iam not decided.

I have to say this again but having this sort of before and after pictures is quite misleading. If a surgeon puts these up on a website, I would almost say it is a bit unprofessional.

The reason I am saying this is, that the pictures are not compareable. A lot more than FFS has changed between them. It seems in some pictures the comparison is actually between pre transition photos and post FFS photos. Maybe the before-photos are in some cases even before hormone therapy. Some of the pictures also include changing hairstyle dramatically or adding a wig and also most of the after-photos are with makeup.

This makes it more impressive and yes, of course if one is trained to look at the facial changes only, one can try to blend out some of these other changes, but it requires additional thinking and really focussing only on facial features individually, not looking at the whole facial impression and this makes it very hard to really assess the success.

Recently I made a fake before and after shot - just taking two pictures taken a few weeks apart - one with hair pulled back and no Makeup and looking a bit grim - the other with open hair, a fringe, makeup and smiling - I totally could show this to someone and tell him I did something to feminize my face and they would believe it unless they really look at the specific facial parts and try to see the bone structures and then one will probably find that not much has changed in that part.

So I really prefer before and after photos taken from the same angle and in similar conditions. Some surgeons will do that and I think while those photos are less impressive (they are not shouting "look, before it looks totally like a guy with bald head and a beard and afterwards its a nice lady with long hair and smooth skin and lipstick"), they are more realistic.

Ofcourse they use makeup actually most of the people , female use makeup, second not only on his site but other ff surgeons as well thee is makeup used.

Now, i have already spoken with Dr Rossi's assistant, she is a very very nice person on the phone but she told me this answer you want a barbie look, or too much work done on you, then it is Dr Zukowski, she seems not to like him from the conversation on the phone, she said she doesnot surgeries with the overdone look. She said Dr Rossi do not a very overdone look.
So i googled him after what she said i was very curious, and i found this.

By the way i call every clinic and talk to assistants and i see how they are, i do not like rude. But she is one of the nicest person i ever spoke to. The other is Denise, from Doctor Spegiel clinic, she is also nice, but she was through email only not phone.

And i learnt this, because before i put myself again inside any clinic, i want to do my research, ask questions, if anything i do not like, i just dont contact, it is my money anyhow.
and i wont go cheap, and i want to be 100 percent sure before i do this.

I agree, and I considered the professionalism of a surgeon's B&A gallery when deciding on a surgeon for my own FFS.  By far the most useful B&A examples that I encountered were at FacialTeam.  The photos show front, side, and sometimes 45 deg angle B&A comparisons. Good B&A profile shots that clearly show what was accomplished to remove brow bossing are hard to find on most sites.  That should be a red flag if you need to correct a Type III forehead.  Dr. Zukowski does endoscopic burring which limits the amount of bone he can remove without penetrating the anterior wall of the frontal sinus cavity.  I could not find an example of a Type III forehead which was completely feminized by Dr. Z.  That's not to say that he does poor work.  He's very skilled, and I have friends who love him.  It depends on your situation and the philosophy of the surgeon that makes for a good choice.
