"A town has rallied to fulfill the dying wish of a terminally ill trans woman, who wants to marry her female partner.

Parma Bertoli has less than 12 months to live after being diagnosed with a brain tumour, and had made plans to marry her fiancee Stephanie Nickles in February. "
