Love your t-shirt! The neckline is not feminine, though.

Consider shaping your eyebrows, using mascara, putting liner on the top eyelid, using contouring to minimize your strong chin/jaw/nose. I can see what looks like beard shadow so you might want color corrector or more coverage.

Also generally pictures of women look better when taken from above.
