I'm not sure what saw palmetto is, but have taken biotin for my nails and fish oil for inflamation and to help prevent heart attach for years with no problems (other than the gross fishy taste when you belch). It might be good to start them one at a time so you can weed out if one is causing a problem.
I've been doing collagen powder for about six months for my skin. I have never read any convincing evidence that you can increase collogen by eating it, but Primary's wife wanted to try it. I haven't seen that it does much of anything but she thinks it has really helped her skin.
I am a big fan of dermarolling. I have done it for 2 years now and have seen a HUGE decrease in my wrinkles! At first I thought it was just inflammation from rolling all those tiny needles on my face. Then I thought it was helping my moisturizer and serum get into my skin better. But I have slowly increased my needle size from 0.5mm to 1.5mm. I don't bleed as bad with longer needles as I used to with the short ones, and I don't even bleed if I use 1.0mm. So there is absolutely no question dermarolling has increased the collagen in my face. I have used it on the scar where I had a big cancer spot removed and the doctor was amazed at how well it is healing. It hurts a little (kinda like brushing your face with a boar hair brush) and the blood is kinda icky. But it only takes about 15 minutes to do my face and I only have to do it about every 6 weeks with the loner needles (used to do it every 2X a week with the little needles and 2X a month with the 1mm's).
