Before I dive in, I need to mention I am XX intersex, so what happened to me may just be me. That said, being XX or XY or XXY does not in any way tell the whole story, there are many, many ways that sexual differentiation occurs with respect to genetics. Hence the reality that there are XY females, etc, and the fact is also that hormones themselves cause sexual differentiation in utero, hence the reality that those exposed to super-estrogens or any other unusual hormonal wash can have unexpected physical manifestations.
Ok, so enough Genetics 101, lol..
I had a LOT of hip and pelvis pain once I was on estrogen. The angle of my pelvis shifted, and my hips widened a little bit, and lo, a very nice thigh gap opened up and let the sun shine through, lol.
When I asserted these facts within the trans community, some attacked me as a liar, which was becoming a regular event in those days, lol. I laugh now, but it was devastatingly invalidating at the time.
Yes, also, spiro can mess up your sodium/potassium balance, and can also give you leg cramps and muscle pains that feel similar. Best to have that checked out. I was advised to eat more salt, the iodized kind, because an iodine deficiency can also cause the same sort of pains, and is a potentially serious health risk, as is too much potassium.
So, yes, in my opinion, and I am not a doctor, it is possible that you are having growth, or at least a shifting of bones in that region.
Ask your doctor about it, though. Be sure.
Hope this helps.
