Been waiting for someone to ask this question i'm late on responding but for me it was that i had gotten HRT
to be honest i didn't think i'd ever actually take that step because my doubts and fears where to overwhelming but in the end it only took a friend or two to help point out it's what i needed and eventually i took that step.
Been happier ever sense more calm and more relaxed not as angry, wound up or grumpy for once in my feelings it's nice to not feel grumpy and unhappy within a couple weeks i was just becoming more myself that should have been there all along.

Besides HRT i really couldn't say.
This wasn't the best year but HRT this year was really important to me and a happy moment in my life.
