Quote from: FTMax on January 20, 2017, 06:48:39 PMGraham Peveller. He got me my top surgery referral in 3 weeks. Great guy, easy to talk to. The only downside is if you are in the US, he is in the UK so the time difference and when he's available may mean you're waking up super early or staying up super late to chat.

I'm not sure what the cost would be for you as a person in the country. I paid a total of $320 which was for up to 6 sessions and two copies of my top surgery referral letter mailed to me. We got done everything we needed in just 3 sessions. He also fit me in weekly, so I was able to get everything much sooner.

As I understand it, that is free or low cost but does generally have a wait associated.

That's $53/session and free referrals. Typically you'll pay $150-$250/session and $100-$150/letter. That's a great deal and maybe he'll take payment in installments. As long as he's good and not just someone in it for the $$$ it's a great deal.

WTF? I didn't have to pay anything to get a referral, I pay something like $89 a session after the insurance discount and then only up to my deductible and then it's covered 100%. Paying $100-$150 for your therapist to write what amounts to a form letter and fax it to your endo, gyno, etc., seems really over the top.
