Almost everyone who has quit or has tried to quit knows how difficult it is
I've quit so many times I ran out of fingers and toes to keep count with
I actually quit for a few years once, can't even remember what jarred me back into it, but something got to me
Now I have C.O.P.D. and have to use an inhaler on a daily basis and of course my Endo, G.P. and just about everyone else is on my case
We're not allowed to smoke indoors where I live either, so there I am going out at 2AM in -20 degree weather just to pollute myself for a few minutes - Luckily it's not always quite that cold but that gives an idea of how strong the urge to smoke can be
I've been able to cut down significantly but still can't quite seem to completely kick the habit

I generally smoke 5-6 cigs a day so depending on my stress levels a pack will last me for at least a few days or so
Trouble is, I enjoy smoking and also it's one of my 'Think tank' devises I use when I'm either bored or if I have something important on my mind that I'm trying to work out
So I figure I'll either quit, literally die trying or just say heck with it and not worry one way or the other
Anyway, best of luck with what you decide to do about your habit
