Aw! I'm sure there will other days when Denise can come out! Even Nathan has a hard time coming out sometimes. I think it helps to remember that there is always another chance! The bad days will become brighter. :)
Wait, you biked 50+ miles?! god I would have given up after twenty minutes omg but that is because I am lazy lmao You must have muscles of steel!

Ah :C so aren't trans people allowed in your military? I'm not sure if the same applies where I am (UK) so I'm not sure how much I can help with that.
What branch are you going into?
I'm glad you had a good time with your mum though!
Never watched Prison break tbh is it good?

Prison break is great, the kind of show that just sucks you in,

And the military will accept transgender people in Canada. Has since  the 1990s. Though it is very binary still. In short of that, they said if i planned to join as a woman i would need to have had surgery. Or i would have to join as a man, finish basic and such THEN transition. The military does pay for it and has zero tolerance for discrimination though so once i get in i will be gold. I will be , hopefully, going in the Air Force and become a Meterologist Tech

After March 2nd Denise will be riding .. but in reality not much difference.  Spandex is spandex.  I'll throw on a sports bra as a hint.

50 is actually on my way up to 70, 80, 100.  I'm doing a charity ride this summer (500 miles) to support runaway kids.  Most of whom are LGBTQ.

Oh, that's good then.
It sounds like a real bummer to have to wait until basic is over but know that basic wont be forever! How long does basic training take? I hope it's not a lengthy process eek.
I have no knowledge abt the army but it sounds great!

Oh good!
Good on you, sis! I could never bike that far but again lazy ::)
I was thinking about going to the gym, possibly doing weights if I'm up for it. I used to be able to walk for 20 mins on the treadmill. I'm more of a walker to be honest.

I need to get my fat can on the treadmill more. I have one in my apartment. But, I'm lazy and apathetic.

Same here; joined the gym but only used it 2 weeks ago and not at all this week  :P.

My day was extremely tiring. I work at a pizza hut so I was constantly busy using the fryer plus had to do potwash which was ridiculously piling up and no matter how much i did it didn't make a dent. Plus I had to finish 2 hrs late.

Btw; as for the military I heard recently a trans woman in the UK was the first woman to be allowed to serve the front line. I only learned from that article it's only recently been allowed that women can do that which I found strange.

Ps Ghostbees- glad to hear you're doing better and had a good day :)

Amen!
It's really hard when you start out but I think it has it's benefits. I might try and go back to the gym lmao I still have a membership but I need to talk to the people mrrr

Sorry to hear about your job. :c
Jobs in retail and food industry seems like a lot of hard work even without rude customers. My sister works on the tills at Sainsburys and she describes it as mind numbing.
Fortunately, I've never worked before but.. when my mental health gets better and my transition on the way I want to go back to college.

Thanks!
It has vastly improved since yesterday. Guess I just need to go slow with it.

There's stuff to do (as always) but I hadn't been out in days so I took a hike; always helps with preoccupation, I can unravel my thoughts or whatever my brain wants to do while getting some exercise and air. I noticed when I got back I was tired, but not wrecked like I was before T; my joints weren't complaining and I know I won't be sore tomorrow.

Mentally it's a mess. I don't have time to do everything at the moment, I don't feel good with too many deadlines. There's inspiring pressure and then there's stupidity. Need to clear the work list and maybe I'll feel human again.

Found that sleeping on the couch is so much more comfortable than my bed.

My problem has always been that I will get a routine going for a couple of months and then it falls away. If I could just get something going and stick with it, I would be fine. But, that's where the laziness and apathy come in.

Took my child (NB) to Urgent Care because he's been pretty sick for several days.  Turns out they have the flu (influenza), now they have 6 different prescriptions to manage.  FWIW, I wore my red dress with too much cleavage(*); I wanted to make it clear to the doctors that I was their mom, not their dad.  I thought I made a very motherly mom for my 26-year-old.

I've got a sore throat and cough myself now and just want to lie in bed and complain, so I suspect I'm getting it, too.  (Children are so generous that way, aren't they?)

But at least I don't have to pretend to be a guy.

(*)   "Too much cleavage" because there's nothing to see except for a 50A bra that I still don't fill up :(
