Yea I feel a lot better I still feel the random tenderness here and there... and I'm still using all three dilator when dilating even when the book says use only green and orange... it's very tight and the tightness causes a bit of pain but pain is tolerable...

For me the last week was a blur, so get everything done this week that you can, you will suddenly feel like you are running out of time as you reach day 5 or 6...

Yesss, and yet, here we are, it's now the 21st Century, and though I am still waiting for my flying car, and vacations on the moon, the view in the mirror has definitely come of age. Juju, You're dilating twice at the 3 month mark?  Is this the norm?  Dilating even 3 times a day would be a problem for me bc of my job.  I am hoping it goes down to twice a day after the 3 months.

I started dilating twice a day before my 3 months ended because of work... but I dilate for a longer period of time!
