Is it safe to assume that the length of the penis before SRS the same size of the depth of the vagina after SRS? Also, do surgeons have the capability to fashion a hymen during SRS?

While I do not know the answer to your question I too find myself pondering that one!

There are quite a few factors which may affect depth. Techniques are quite variable, and some produce more depth than others which don't directly correlate with initial length of the penis.  Some techniques will produce greater depth if the foreskin is preserved.  Additionally, there may be an issue with adhesions:  these could result from old injuries in the area where the surgeon creates the vaginal cavity, and sometimes these may limit the depth.  There seems to be anecdotal information about adhesions being caused by anal sex, but you should research this in more detail if this might apply in your case.

Generally, most surgeons seem to provide a minimum of 5 inches of depth, which is more than acceptable for penetratrative sex in the majority of cases.

You can't have a hymen because you need to dilate after surgery.

No, the length of the penis does not correlate to vaginal depth, even in surgeons who use penile inversion. It's possible to stretch the skin quite a bit, and in addition, relatively few surgeons rely on penile inversion without supplementary grafts these days. I know women who had 1-2" erect who nevertheless ended up with 5-6" of depth.

As for the hymen, I suppose it might be *possible,* since there's a surgery to reconstruct a hymen for cis women (so the technique is out there).  But as AnonyMs says, the hymen would be destroyed at the first dilation, so it's rather pointless. If you really wanted one, you'd be better off waiting until dilation was infrequent and/or replaced by sex and then going to one of those surgeons who does it for cis women.

My penile tissue was very small (0.75 inches and had no vascular support) Dr. McGinn used my scrotum (which did not have much material). I have 4.75 inches of depth the last time it was checked. I see the doctor on 2/10 so perhaps I will be a bit deeper.
