 I eat them almost everyday , and my T last week was 5 ng/dL.

Honestly, Angelique, I became addicted to them when I went on HRT. I have no idea why. I mentioned it to my endocrinologist and he hadn't heard of that but he began asking his other patients. Later he told me that others reported the same.
