Having FFS with Di Maggio in July, recommendations on lodgings, etc.

Hello,

I had some questions for anyone who had gone to BA for their FFS.

Where did you stay, how did you set it up, how was it, what was the cost and any recommendations?
How was the language barrier, how much did you need to learn?
Did you hire a nurse? If so, cost and how did you find one?
How about bottled water, food and hygiene. How easy was it for you to get a liquid diet, how bad is the water?
What areas are there to eat?
How long did you stay and how was the flight back?
Any complications that you went through that I should watch for?
