I just have to say that, it is amazing!  So far, it has been a few days I don't see any stubble!  Sure, it hurt a bit more than shaving, but the pain was not at all unbearable, right now what hurts most, is just seeing a life time full of scars on my arms and legs, but then there is this twisted pride in it all.. but that is for another subject.

I do love it though!  Smooth arms, smooth chest, smooth back, smooth legs, smooth bottom!  The only hairs I see now are like peach fuzz!  I would do my face as well, but it seems that is a bad idea as it makes it harder for electrolysis.

They are amazing. Best purchase I ever made. Scars are just proof that you have lived.
At what point did my life go Looney Tunes? How did it happen? Who's to blame?... Batman, that's who. Batman! It's always been Batman! Ruining my life, spoiling my fun! >:-)

I tried to do my chest once and OMG it hurt like crazy!  Not a little, I mean A LOT.  Legs, not so much but I may revisit it because I so hate the stubble on my chest in less than a day or so!

A Tool of the Devil !

My wife does love it. For me, nuttin but pain and bumps and the hairs remain intact saying Na Na Na NA Na. To be fair, I swear the roots must go down 20-30 feet. Even with tweezers it is a battle anywhere on my body.

Yet another trans irony for this gal with fine blond hair

Haha...I had an epilator, threw it out after a couple tries on my legs.
Guarantee the epilator was used during the Spanish Inquisition.

Epilator causes hair ingrowth. At first, you may feel it looks fine, but in the long term, some hairs can penetrate into your skin, sometimes requiring surgery.

For me, I have used Tria home laser successfully.

Just do it.

I love my epilator too. I should be a little more disciplined on regular use... but i keep myself pretty much hair free. I'm naturally not very hairy so it's not too bad. Just gotta make sure to stretch out the skin so it doesn't get pulled up by the epilator.

I loved my epilator right up until I got my legs lasered, which got rid of 97% of my hair.  Now I just have to dab with a razor every now and again.  I think it's by far the next best thing to permanent hair removal.

I recently picked up the Braun 9 Silk epilator for myself and my trans girlfriend, Mia, who is also a member of this community. (I'm mentioning her because maybe she'll see and post her experience in her own words.)

It didn't work for her at all. Instead of pulling out the hairs at the roots, it just broke them at the skin, caused irritation, and was super painful. It sucks, because that now means we're looking at costs of electrolysis, but what can you do?

It's, however, worked REALLY AWESOMELY WELL for me. I used it three weeks ago and only the last couple days had the hair growth to go over it again -- and for my chin I had about half the hair I normally do! Which is YAY. I still had about the same amount of hair on the sideburns, unfortunately, but hopefully that will thin out too? It's where I have the most concentrated hair, although I have some amount of 5 'o clock shadow that's annoying to epilate and takes me awhile to get properly yanked.

I feel like the odd one out on the site, I have never owned and epilator.

I shave my legs, lady regions and pits with a razor and shaving cream. I do when my schedule allows get a wax. I found a nice place that does a waxing, including a Brazilian for reasonable price
Enjoying ride the hormones are giving me... finally becoming the woman I always knew I was

Sometimes I think the only thing we all have in common is being an odd one out (or coming out eventually, in some cases).   ;)

I tried an epilator a few years ago, but went with laser removal instead.  It only hurts in the wallet.

Prior to the epilator, I used a razor to shave my legs, etc., but d*mn near committed suicide.

I have never tried electrolysis.
I'm a 65 year old male who has been thinking about SRS for many years.  I also was a  full cross dresser for a few years.  I wear a bra, pantyhose and nail polish daily because it just feels right.
