Hey, everyone. My name's Benvolio (not my real name) and I'm 29 years old. I've known I'm FTM since I was 15, been out since 19 or so, went back in the closet for a few years, and now I'm back. I thought Susan's Place would be a good place to get support. My town has a support group, but I work during their meeting hours, so I can never make it. It's unfortunate. I have a couple friends who've transitioned, and pretty much all my friends are supportive of trans issues. I lucked out. I'm going to be prescribed testosterone in the next couple weeks (fingers crossed) so I figure it's good to stay involved. Ideally I'd like to relocate and go stealth in a few years, but we'll see how things go.

Oh, a little about me I guess:

- I'm a janitor and a writer and this is exactly what I want to be
- I used to collect coins and I plan to start up again soon
- I just got out of a long-term relationship (4 years) and I'm staying single/celibate forever
- I'm Buddhist but I forgot to celebrate the Chinese New Year this year because I fail
- I speak American Sign Language and am trying to learn French
- I like to draw but I have no talent
- I'm in the process of revamping my wardrobe to only guy clothes
- I like to cook and just learned how to marinate a steak
