I am Samantha, my name and gender is legally changed.  been on hormones for 11 months.  I now face the problem of coming out at work, I am dressing full time except work now.  I am afraid of what my employer might do to me.  I have shared with 3 ladies whom I work near and they have no problem, even supportive.  Any suggestions?

I do not know your company policies or track record so it is difficult to give advice. If they have a policy supporting LGBTI then I would set a meeting with HR and then HR and your supervisor. I would have a plan, sample letter and time line established as agenda items for the meeting.

I hope they are supportive.
