Sorry to be a huge bug 🐜  about this everyone, but I'm getting a bit nervous that no one has responded to this post. Im worried either no ladies have gone to him for forehead contouring or there is some sort of internet gag order on this guy cuz of his results. I have a consult with him next week in NYC and now I'm even getting cold feet for that and am thinking do I take the plunge and go all the way out to SF with Dr D? That would mean I'd have to wait longer and I got approved for a loan for this surgery which expires in two months. Ugh. If you have any info to share, please feel free to PM me. Thanks so much!

I went to him for a consultation, but did not use him because I felt his prices were exorbitant.  I have not heard anything bad about him. He is board certified in both maxillofacial surgery and plastic surgery, which is a plus.  He did Caitlyn Jenner, if that means anything to you.

I just had a major forehead reconstruction/browbone reduction with Dr. Lee 20 days ago and I am beyond happy with the results.  I consulted with a number of surgeons since 2014.  I originally saw Dr. Lee in 2014 for a consultation and I immediately loved everything about him and the consultation.  Unfortunately, at the time, I was not ready and had to stop transition for personal reasons.  I started transition again in late 2015 and started consulting with other FFS surgeons.  I thought I found the surgeon and was going to book my FFS with him in early December 2016.  The day I was given the instructions to wire the deposit, I saw a not so positive posting that same day about the surgeon and decided to postpone/cancel to consult with more surgeons.  I finally decided I wanted it to be done here in the states by a Board Certified Maxillofacial Surgeon because my forehead was like beyond a type III it was so bad. 

Long story short, I went back to see Dr. Lee for a second consultation.  I love that he is not pushy or arrogant.  He is very confident and I feel like he looked at me as an individual and gave me and my concerns genuine consideration. 

What set him apart from the rest was that he looked at me and said that he wanted to enhance the beauty I already have and make it look like I was born that way.  He said that at the end of the day, it's not about how much money he makes, it's about how many lives he can change for the better through his practice.

I booked the surgery and had it on the 24th of January.  I am blown away by the results so far and how amazingly talented he is.

There may be some scary reviews out there but I've never seen one with pictures to back up the claims they make. I personally know a number of the gals who have posted positive reviews on the Realself web site. I didn't have type 3 surgery but what he did for me was fantastic.
