I'm on work placement at the minute at an animal sanctuary and there are some amazing animals there!!! The cats are little hard to get pics of cos they're always moving around and i'm always busy cleaning them out when with them. But i got many pics of the dogs when i walk them.

This is Buck! A sheep dog, his eyes are AWESOME!!!


This is Tia, a staffy.... very very friendly... in fact a little too soft maybe ^.^


Jake, my favorite dog there, he's a husky cross and looks just like a wolf. He's so friendly and calm!


Old harry is lovely! He walks with his tail in the air all proud! XD


This is Lady, a spaniel (springer? Not sure), she's a very quiet dog, keeps herself to herself.


This is Bing, a jack russel, like my best friend there! lol I've walked him 3 times now and he just loves to bark... at nothing in particular, just loves the sound of his voice i guess! ^.^


And this is ->-bleeped-<-in, a staffy pup. He's adorable and cute, but as puppies are, the cheekiest little bugger ever!!! He will bite you, but he's only playing... but it does hurt!!! Today he was naughtier than ever and he kept biting my legs


I love them all and i wish i could adopt them ALL!!!! But... obviously they wouldn't all fit in my house 

their sooo cute.  I am a big time dog person.  I love them, doesn't matter what kind.  I hope you enjoy your work.  I'm sure the animals appreciate it.

Not to be a downer... I had to put down my Golden Retriever for stomach cancer.  She was only three and half years old.

She was the most loyal friendly dog I have ever had.  I felt safe for my wife and daughter when I had to travel because she was there.

One time while my wife was walking her another dog tried to attack my wife. My golden put herself between my wife and the attacking dog until the other dog left.  She growled and snarled and made the other back down.   If she was here to accomplish a job , she definitely did.

The "putting her down" experience was kind of un-nerving... I was holding her, and felt her go limp..... but it also seemed like I felt a rush of energy as her puppy-soul left her body.

My wife whines she was there when it happened and yet..... I was the one holding her.

Those are some cool dogs, Wishy. Who knows maybe one of these days you could win the lottery and then you could buy a place to keep them all.

They are super cute Wishy. Lucky you to have a job like that. I love dogs of all kinds. I want to adopt them all. Your little Jack Russell has probably got quite the personality. They're such intelligent dogs, and willful and stubborn too.

And Daisy, your golden retriever is beautiful. I'm so sorry you lost her at such a young age. They are wonderful dogs.

Awww, they are so cute Wishy   I know what you mean.  Sometimes, when I go to the animal shelter, I'd like to adopt all the kitties there. *sighs*

If you ask me, you're the one going soft here.  If I don't see you hugging something with scales on it within a week, I'm through with you.  I ain't associating with mammal lovers.    >

Aww Wishy, what great pics.  Cool dogs.  I just love them! 


Lady looks more like a Brittany Spaniel in your pic than a Springer.  But take good care of them.

Well, as an attorney for the squirrels I must insist that you not practice such discrimination.  I'm sure you have non discriminatory laws in your (United) Kingdom.
