I have a dilemma, maybe you have something interesting to say about it: Is FFS is needed for better passing, or for would look more sexy

According to me, the same hṛt can produce sufficient effects passingu + course ensure some of the details such as: eyebrow.

but is it ffs not decide to look more sexy? I do not mean it that I have a negative opinion about this, because cis womans also they need different tricks to look beautiful.

Well, this really depends on the person. Generally, most MTF ts can benefit from FFS but not everyone needs it to pass. The procedures are designed to make one's facial features more closely resemble the average female's. So, by removing the masculine markers it can definitely make a face both more passable and beautiful. However, passability does not depend only on facial features. And many people can pass without FFS, and then FFS is only for cosmetic purposes or easing the dysphoria and for these people can make them very beautiful.

So you're right, but I am also for such cases can fool because the first from the shore. We have a Gigi barely started to make hṛt and took a full ffs. From what I read on the serious effects of the changing face hṛt have to wait several years 2-3, the first major changes are beginning to be visible after 6 months, but I could be wrong

My view on FFS is that you should have 2-3 years on HRT before considering it. FFS is an expensive and difficult surgery that is best avoided if you don't need it. It is a personal decision as to if you need it but most can pass effectively without it. With any plastic surgery it's possible for it to not turn out as expected so my opinion is to minimize the things that can go wrong by only having the minimal amount of surgery needed to make you comfortable with yourself. Yes, I had my nose worked on but I requested something that would blend with my face rather than something that would stand out.

It really depends a lot on the people. For many, they do FFS to pass and be seen as woman always even without makeup and in all situations. For some it makes a major difference compared to before when they were always treated as trans or even called "sir".
For others who already do "pass" well, it may be more of an aesthetic surgery or a surgery that helps them deal with internal dysphoria.
My goal in FFS for example would clearly be to see MY FACE in the mirror and not one that is in my eyes somehow different and I perceive it as a bit ugly now. And also I would hope that it would then be more attractive after a FFS (which would probably qualify also as being more "sexy").

I see a lot of the local gals going for FFS and BA early on.

In my younger days, 1975-77, only thing I had heard of was nose and Adams Apple.  Never had much problem with my nose, looks like my mothers and her sister.  I have NO discernible Adams Apple, Have to push in to even find where it is.

I suppose there were surgeons that did some of that, but not generally heard of.

As far as the whole passing thing, always felt that a lot of that was ones own self confidence.

In the Trans community, hard to get honest opinions.  But some that have seen my photos from 1976-78, say I looked great or cute or gorgeous or other stupid comments.

I myself waited 7 years and went through other important surgeries. I feel like I passed ok for the most part before FFS but I noticed in pictures esp, my side profile was VERY masculine looking. And in pictures I'd also notice bad lighting really hit my brow ridge and shadowed my eyes very badly.

SO I went for it. So far pretty happy with it but kinda hoping a few things finish up healing still in the next year.
