When you say that you are starting to feel like the opposite gender, do you mean that you are starting to feel that you are not transgender?

Sorry if I am misinterpreting, just trying to confirm before offering any suggestions that might steer you into the wrong direction.

There is nothing wrong with that. There are plenty of people out there who prefer to be androgynous and not conform to any one side of things, it's called being Gender Neutral. I have a very good friend who claims to be "Gender I don't give a damn." Although she uses a different four letter word in place of damn.  She replies to he or she, I just refer to her using the fem pronoun because that's how I've always known her.

Honesty is always the best overall.  You mentioned that you had already come out as MtF, I assume that you were out to them at home, have they been supportive of you transitioning?  Also, have you already started hormones?

I don't know much of anything regarding hormones, so there likely isn't much more advice I can give you. I suppose you could speak with your doctor about the idea of stopping, not sure what the protocol is on that. Have you already had any surgeries?

My best suggestion, outside of speaking with your doctor, is to consult your therapist about these new feelings. He or she should be able to help you identify the root of what's bringing all of this to the surface and help you decide where to go next on your journey.

Best of luck to you, I wish I could help more.

Lets start from the begining. When did these feelings come back up? what triggers them? do you feel like you could be genderless/non-binary or would you desire a full de-transition? Are you just a bit too ''caught'' up in life at the moment? WOuld you still wish to live as a woman? just asking. I am MtF too, been out for 3 years like you (2014) and at times ''he'' tries to come back into the picture. To be fair, maybe like you whenever ''he'' does come back i am super miserable but the doubts and stuff are there, though going a way each day :D!!! PM me sometime!!!
