I'm currently using a GC2B binder and when I move around too much I notice that I'm constantly pushing them (breasts) apart through my shirt of constantly having to excuse myself so I can fix them. I don't know if I need a different size binder or if there is something I can do to help keep them in place because I'm fixing them every couple of minutes.

I'm also having to adjust and pull my binder lower as it tends to rise up and leave a gap between my skin and the binder. I lost a bunch of weight so I don't know if the binder is too big or if it somehow shrunk during a careful wash.

Hopefully someone can help, this can be frustrating at work too as I constantly am being misgendered and I don't want to have to wear sports bras all the time!

It could be that the binder is too big. I very rarely hear about anyone having issues with GC2Bs apart from sizing. Did you measure before buying?

What you could do is move them around once you've got the binder on. I found pushing them up and out (towards the armpits) worked best. And then layering a tanktop and tucking it in. That tends to keep everything in place and smooth out any weird lines.

I did measure them, but that was before I lost the weight so they may be too big. The problem is that I am having bad chest and back pains to where I'm pressing against my sternum to ease them. I take constant breaks with the binders and dont wear anything restricting when at home. I guess I could always measure and see if that is the case!

Also, in regards to binding, I push my down and towards the armpit (if that makes sense?). I tried the other method but I felt like it made my still look like I had breasts!

Thanks for the help!

my issue with the gc2b was that the armholes were so low that everything "spilled' out of the underarms. I am still having a problem finding one that works as well for me as tye underworks swim zip binder. It flattens great, the underarms are the right height but the only problem with that one is the zipper tends to "stick out" in the center, making the top sit out from my upper chest. Ah well, no binder is made for every person

I had the absolute worst luck ever with binding. Honestly, I'm in awe of some of the guys here--especially the ones with large chests--that end up looking naturally flat.
Mine weren't gigantic (a C, I guess?) but they were dense and perky as hell. I could never get them to 'separate' long enough to tuck them anywhere. Flattening them outright only made me look like I had overly gigantic pecs at first that slowly devolved into a uniboob as they started inevitably snuggling. The 'binding for bigger guys' tips never helped me because I was stuck with the hourglass shape and relatively thin. On the flipside, the methods the guys were using for their small a/b cups didn't do **** for me, either.

I'm sorry I don't necessarily have any advice, but if yours are anything like mine were, that could also be why you're having issues. Your breast tissue breaks down after binding for a long time which probably helps them stay in place longer. If you've just semi-recently started, their density could be working against your efforts.

That's what I always did, and I had the same problem with them constantly shifting. I never did find a solution, but I would usually just go in the bathroom and fix them throughout the day when I had the chance. As far as the binder rolling up, the best solution is to just tuck it into your pants.
