I have  friend who has huge boobs and she wants them smaller.

She is going to try to loose some weight, to help but I thought there might be another way that someone here might know.

I think women who exercise ALL THE TIME have smaller chests.  Tennis, running, body building.  I'm sure no sane person wants to subject themselves to that, though.


But then again, how the hell would I know what sane people like?

I saw a woman on American Gladiators tonight, who had no chest whatsoever. What she did have could easily pass as a muscular man's chest. She was very active. I know that working out the pec muscles can reduce fat in the chest area (aka breasts).

Do you think that the testosterone from working out has anything to do with it?

^I doubt it, I think its more the muscles being stimulated, and the fat burning off, just like you would do upper arm exercises to get rid of flab and create muscle.
