Julie Rose

Hi I'm Julie from Melbourne Australia, I'm a 55 year old Transwoman who's just commenced her transitional journey in the past few days.
While I've known that I was female since I was a very young child, it's only been in recent times when I admitted to myself that I was trans.
So far I haven't yet begun presenting in public, but I hope to do so in a few months.

Hello Julie and Welcome to Susan's

I'm Cindy and I am in Adelaide. There are lots of Aussies on the forum and no doubt they will pop along to say Hello.

I have to admit I can't recall if I had ventured out as the real me when I first joined but I am all done and dusted now and it has been wonderful.

Settle in and read up on people's threads and join in the conversations.

Hi Julie, welcome from Sydney. Your description sounds much like me only just over a year ago when I had just started hormones. I'm now full time and it feels so amazing to finally be the real me.

You have a wonderful journey in front of you.

Dana

How's it going for you?  I'm 63.
I'm a 65 year old male who has been thinking about SRS for many years.  I also was a  full cross dresser for a few years.  I wear a bra, pantyhose and nail polish daily because it just feels right.

Started HRT April 17, 2019.

  Hi AnneK aka James,

Glad to see they got your name change. To answer your question though, The HRT is doing its job. I have tender bumps growing upon my chest. Actually there is more there at this point than I expected. I few other less visible changes have happened also. For 3 months I am satisfied.
Progress on coming out? Well that's another story. No one other than 3 in the medical world knows of "Jeanette". Currently waiting on an appointment to be made with a gender therapist.

  That's the cliff notes version.

  Hugs,
    Jeanette
