Roni-jalyn

Hi, my name is Roni. Im new here and fairly new to the Transgender world. I only found out that I had been shutting out my feminine side about five years ago. I guess I knew it for years, but like everyone else, especially my age, was taught and believed it to be taboo.

Since I admitted to myself first, that I am indeed a girl in heart, things have slowly but surely begun to feel better. I have been out in public only a few times. It was very hard at first but it has been easier to have the courage to try again. Still scary, but I'm trying.

Just wanted to say hi. Introduce myself and hopefully will find answers here that I have searched for, for years.

Good luck going forward.

Welcome, Roni! Great to have you here at the Place. :)

I'm so glad to hear that things have been going well for you. I am right there with you about being scared to go out in public--good for you for getting the courage up to do it!

Everyone here is great and here to support--don't be shy.

With Love,

Hi Roni,

I'm Jeanette. Let me welcome you to Susan's Place. I hope you will come on in, have a seat, get comfortable and get to know us. there are a lot of us here to talk to, share opinions, offer advice etc. As you get to know us you'll find many things in common. On the other hand I hope you'll share your experiences, ask your questions and in general share yourself with us so that we may get to know you.
I am probably older than you at 64 years but I am still pretty new here and started HRT only in December. Where you are in your journey we have yet to discover. Don't be long in making your way over to the introductions forum and start sharing your own story.

Enough for now. Be welcome Roni and welcome home at last.

  Hugs,
    Jeanette

Hi, Roni!  Welcome to the site.

I think you've come to the right place to find answers.  I had visited here for a few years while I was barely out to myself, let alone anyone else, trying to figure out if I was real.  When I finally crashed and went into therapy, I got an account here and sought advice and help.  Folks here have been fantastic.

I hope you feel welcome here.

I also want to share some links with you. They are mostly welcome information and the rules that govern the site. If you have not had a chance to take a look, please take a moment to go through them.

Hi Roni,

Nice to meet you! I'm new here too and am very happy to have found this community at the start of HRT. I have always enjoy my feminine side but I didn't realize my genderfluidity was actually "trans*" until a year ago. I thought it was just Billie flying his freak flag because, as a musician, that was ok!

I hope you have a good experience connecting with the lovely people here and feel free to reach out any time you need or want to connect with a friendly genderling.

Hugs,
Billie
