Face Swelling on Testosterone?
March 02, 2017, 11:33:44 PM
My face has seemed much... puffier? lately. Ive been in T for 3 months and I've heard from some other guys that this can be a side effect from T. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, how long did it last? Thanks 🙂

Seems to be almost the norm to retain water when starting T. I was also puffy around 3 months. It stuck around for a few months, then went away on its own.

It happened when I increased the dose I was put on. It stopped when I went back to the original dose. Lot of people say this happens anyway 3-8 month mark and goes away.

Water retention. Everyone seems to go through it for at least a little while within that first year on T. For some people it hangs out a little longer. I think for me it was maybe 3-6 months of bloat.

As others said, probably just water retention. I wouldn't worry about it unless you also experience any pain, discomfort, or if the puffiness is like, seriously out of control - then I'd go to your doc about it.
