So I have a complicated relationship with Judaism, as I'm sure many LBGT Jews do.

I'm a Jewish trans woman and I recently went on an LGBT Taglit trip. I learned that there are some affirming Orthodox congregations.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any in Canada.

I'm not sure I believe in G-d, but I do have a fondness of Chasidism, even though they try to erase my existence.

I do appreciate the critical scholarship and the fact that they let women sing in Reform Judaism.

I typically do mitzvahs the orthodox way and so my approach might be to do the mitzvahs women are bound to (Purim, Hanukkah, etc.)

Any help would be appreciated. Will write more when I have more phone power!
