Arrrrrggghhhhhh!  Why does my work buy TP that tears and sticks to my vagina?!?!?!?!

I know, I know, men buy it, and they don't care, but OMG!!  It drives me insane!

Lol.. might have to always carry those wet wipes.

Stupid, cheap employer!!  They should put those in the ladies room for us.  I don't want to have to pack my baby wipes in there with me. LOL

I started using different toilet paper after surgery. We actually bought toilet paper all because the other stuff was making me raw. Needless to say that resulted in better toilet paper at home too. Hugs

My wife (and also my previous) both carry wipes with them. I haven't had a need to (yet).

My work provides an...inexpensive *coughCHEAPcough* one-ply that's a little more durable than a wet kleenex...so after piddling I daub, if I need to wipe I use about 3-4 feet of TP so nothing can...appear...on fingers or bum.

Oh well, it's free and I don't have to pre-pack the good sh'tuff.

My roommate alway put the thin last for ever brand in the motor home because it would break up better in the holding tank than the better stuff. It seemed like both of us could make a role last about half a week even though you had to overlay about 10 layer in order for it to be effective. The interesting thing is at home I always bought the a thick absorbent brand and I never heard one complaint about it.

There were several roles of the cheap stuff left in the motor home when I cleaned it up to sell it. I left them in there so the new owner needs to figure out what to do with the stuff.

I've been doing that since I was allowed to leave the hotel room after surgery, mostly because it's still a 50% chance of peeing my butt. I'm throwing them at the pads and tampoons container, though. I don't want to risk clogging the pipes.

I guess my company's toilet paper is pretty decent, but it even at home TP was that thing I never went with the cheapest. I took my arse quite seriously.

Oh, I am married to a cis woman and we take our home TP very seriously. lol  We have baby wipes right there, too.

But, it is my opinion that because men are in charge of the facilities purchasing here at work, so we get the cheapest TP with no regard for how it might stick to a lady's bits after just a normal pee.  The place I go to for electrolysis is owned and run by cis women.  They have the same TP in the restroom as I have at home.  They get it because they have vaginas!  Where my wife works they have the same problem, though.  She works for a college (it was an all female college until 30 years ago!) and, of course, men make the purchase decisions for the facilities department, which stock the bathrooms, and they buy the cheap stuff.

And then, to make me even angrier they put up the signs in every stall saying "If you don't want plumbing problems, then don't flush feminine hygiene products.  Use the designated receptacle."  with a picture of a male plumber....  I mean, give TP that we know will be sticking with us the rest of the day, then demean and be condescending to us in the signage, with a bonus of misogyny because it is a male plumber telling us to be good with our female sanitary issues...RAWR!

I can only laugh and shake my head sometimes when I am in there.  We women are sooo much trouble and too stupid to know how to use the facilities.  We need signs to help us.

This TP issue is something cis women have had to put up with forever, men order the cheapest TP for them it make no difference.  When I have to rap a tampon it take a half a roll.  Just something we have to deal with everyday.

I thought it was inferring that the plumber WAS the designated receptacle.

mm, I know women have been putting up with this for EVER.  It doesn't matter to men, like you said. 

Although, my dad used to complain if he had to use the TP in a work restroom like we did.  He would come out and say that it was "John Wayne toilet paper...rough and tough, and doesn't take sh*t off of anyone."  So, the men know, but don't care. lol

Nothing but two ply for my vaginal area for me at home.. at work since we are an all female team, we do get better TP.. Us girls must stick together
