So I've never actually had a period in my life.. I started hormone blockers at age 11 or 12. So I really don't know Anything about the developement of women except for what I learned in health class and basic knowledge. Ive been on T for 3 years I think maybe four. I've also had top surgery. So here is the story about three weeks ago me and some guy did anal and I was wondering if it's possible that cum could of leaked out or gotten in to the vagina and get me pregnant. (I know this sounds stupid but it's like one of my biggest fears and I'm stressing so much about it) here's the fun part today I've been having a weird feeling in my pelvic area it was off and on throughout the day very very mild pain like just enough for you to notice. I did some research since I know nothing about this stuff and it said pregnancy symptoms may feel cramps that are like period cramps (idk what those feel like) it also said miss period (I never had a period so how am I suppose to tell) I can't really talk to anyone about this  I don't know if a pregnancy test would work I read online something about T messing up the results. I'm just freaking out and I don't know what to do I'm definitely worrying now since I have these weird feelings that I never had before .

Welcome to Susan's Place. Yes, it is possible for a stray sperm to go where you don't want it. I don't know what the likely hood would be but it's low but not impossible. It's likely  what you are feeing is a cramps as T doesn't alway suppress the female cycle. From what I understand, the pregnancy strips detect a hormone entirely independent of T so they function normally on FTMs using T. In any case you should have a discussion with your endo to be check for pregnancy by a professional and if needed your dosage should be checked. Should you decide to continue engaging in sex, you should have a discussion about birth control methods that are appropriate for you.

Maybe you have air in your guts. That can be painful and feel like there is something moving in your stomach.

I have a hard time to believe you could be pregnant from anal. But you should check it up.

I have been pregnant twice. It took me 8-12 weeks to notice it. I felt a lot of nausea and pressure above the pelvic bone. But you can't feel the baby until 30 weeks or so.

No it not in my guts like around the belly button and stuff it's lower like below the waistline but sorta in the middle sometimes it would shift a tiny bit to the left
I doubt I'm pregnant too and I'm probably being paranoid or something but it just worries me I'm suppose to be male and it would have tough time explaining why I'm pregnant to people at school and such

It's so extremely unlikely that it's practically impossible.

It's far more likely that you have an infection. Anal sex - whilst enormous fun - needs to be practised very carefully if you have our kind of anatomy. There are all sorts of bacteria that live quite happily in the rectum without causing any problems, but if they get in your man-cave they can cause an infection there. If they get in your urethra they can cause an infection of the urethra, bladder or (if untreated) kidneys.

If it doesn't clear up in a day or two, or if you get any discomfort/burning (or see blood) when passing urine or any discharge or itching from either front hole, please see your doctor asap.

Also, T doesn't mess up the results of pregnancy tests; they look for a completely different hormone produced by the placenta (human chorionic gonadotropin, or hCG) so they'd still work

A urine based preg test from any pharmacy will work.

Pregnancy feels more like weird nausea at the early stages.

T shouldn't influence a pregnancy test. If the feeling persists, no matter how the test comes out I would go see your doctor.

Haha! Id say the paranoia itself is normal, Ive had that before where I was worried that could happen because of doing that kind of sex, even as unlikely as it was. It may as well be nothing, but the best way to clear your worries next time is to be sure youre not engaging in sex where any potential of pregnancy exists.

I totally understand the paranoia feeling. I was always especially paranoid about it, and then even more so since it actually occurred.

Since you can't use the usual method for figuring out if pregnant I would just use a pharmacy test and be done with it, most are able to detect a pos/neg result after about 4 days to 1 week of any possible conception.
