(Actually overheard it before, but this time really listened to it and I ADORE it!).

So, I just sang it straight after hearing it just 3 times
Usually I sing songs I know much better.
This is my take 2 with my megacrappy mike,
not the best in the world
(kinda of went of track at the end) but not too bad for such
and impromptu thing.

For Comparaison purpose,
this is my male voice which I mostly use for my current voice.

This is the voice I use in bigger settings when I need volume and more power.
This voice can fill a very large space.
Notice its both higher pitched, stronger and more nasal (all go together).
I'm 18 inch from the mike on this second one, while I'm in the mike on the first.

Kiera if you dont mind me asking what is your heratige I cant place my finger on your accent.

I'm french canadian from my father and my mother acadian (acadians speak french and english with a particular accent). My culture is mostly anglophone.
I don't have a accent in english that's typical of a francophone so its
hard to place for most. The french speaking english accent is very easy to place. Its probably closer to that of an english speaking quebecer.

You don't have to sing in the corner. I didn't comment on your clip because I had trouble with the clip itself. A second or two of sound interleaved with quiet. I just played it over and over until I could tell what you sound like and your voice sounds smoky and sexy and very feminine. Certainly more feminine than mine.

Sounds good. I haven't been online much (moving, etc), thus I haven't comment on here or anything else.

I hate cold, too -- this is why Calgary is good, if it gets cold, it's cold for a few days and then warms up. I don't think I could stand having cold for several months.

The snow comes and goes throughout the winter. Although, all of the mid-winter melting leads to mud, and then ice. We usually have brown x-mases, too.
