If by "here" you mean GB, then I wholeheartedly agree. That seems to actually be a kind of uniform in London and I think it's very flattering. I like it a lot. Here across the pond though? Maybe in the major Metropolitan areas...otherwise, it seems to be jeans and t's and blouses with running shoes

Yeah so true - i see that outfit in urban areas but yes the daily wear here for many in Oregon seems to be jeans, booties and a knit top. Do see a fair amount of athletic wear too.
