Am getting so angry at the cat calls, ass grabing and people putting there hands were they shouldn't. It getting on my last nerves cause it seems to happen every other time i go out to the mall, movies or anywere. Not mention guys trying to constantly flirt with ma at work. But I'm starting to get scared of walking home after 2 experience of being follwed by a car and honk at for like half a mile. I don't know what to do and starting give me aniexty.

  Report it report it report it  If at work report the harassment to the HR or the boss.

At a mall or other establishment, report it to the security.

  Out in the open get what ever identifying information you can, license plate, picture whatever and report it to the police

  Don't mess around with them, report it!

Again today at my work guy comeout behind me and grabs my shoulder as im sweeping tge lot and started calling me beautiful and all sort ->-bleeped-<- and i told him go away but he kept on me and wanted my number. And i kept telling him get off cause he kept putting his hands on me. I ran into the manager and he told me he there nothing really we can do an suggest i start carring pepper spray.

Is this in the USA? He better figure out what he can do or he would be facing a lawsuit if it was me.

Since i didn't have the guy name or plates. There nothing my work place can do. I don't wanna leave my house anynore.

Your employer needs to provide a safe work environment for you.  By ignoring it they can be liable.

Talk to the manager again and tell him you'll go up higher if there is no solution.  Manager won't want to deal with that.

They need to do something so that you feel safe at work.

I agree with the others. Your manager and the place of employment has to provide you with a safe environment to work. If your manager cannot, perhaps you need to go over their head. Do carry pepper spray and your cell phone.

It doesn't matter what shes wearing, whether it's a work uniform or something she feels cute in. Sexual assault is sexual assault, and victim blaming is hardly an answer or justifiable.  She should be able to wear whatever she wants. Her avatar looks like she was just trying to take a cute pic; I'm sure just about all of us do this. Plus, people typically post pictures of themselves that make them feel cute and confident.

These kinds of remarks can be a trigger, they're not constructive, and are incredibly degrading.

I'm sorry to come across so harsh. Nobody should be made to feel like they're doing something wrong because they choose to express their gender or themselves in a way that may make them happy.

The signal I may send when I wear clothes like that avatar is that I feel comfortable looking like that, and it doesn't entitle anyone to approach me with ill intentions. The offender is to blame for their actions, not us for dressing like this or that.

It's even more aggravating when you're filing a police report and they ask you about your clothing
