I'm trying to look for more information about SRS in Ontario Canada.  I checked the website but I wasn't too detailed. 
Approval for genital surgery

To be approved for genital surgery, you'll need:

two assessments recommending surgery (from a qualified doctor, nurse practitioner, registered nurse, psychologist or registered social worker)

one of the assessments must be from a doctor or nurse practitioner

both assessments must confirm:

you have a diagnosis of persistent gender dysphoria

have completed 12 continuous months of hormone therapy (unless hormones are not recommended)

you have lived 12 continuous months in the gender role you identify with (for genital surgery only)

My question is what do they mean I have lived 12 continuous month in the gender role I identify with?

Well for some people it is easier than others.....So everytime I see a therapist I need to cross dress??  Just to prove I am a MTF?  So I need to cross dress at work?  even if I risk loosing my job?  Just to prove i am the opposite gender.   Not all opposite wear make up and dress like a female... So that's kinda like wtf.

Another thing say I see my therapist once a month,  and my endocrinologist every 3 months.  How will they know I live the other gender 24/7

Sometimes it is wtf.. but if that is the rules in your province then that's what must be done. You can lie your way though it all but if regret comes after the surgery and all then who should be responsible? They just want to have less liability by having us go through these gates.

Well no I don't feel like I need to lie... I actually like cross dressing.  Its the fact that I need support from my parents.... So it would be easier for my to dress up as a female.

If you can live 24/7 as tomboy girl then why not, that was my intention at the beginning to be not so obvious. Earlier in my transition I dressed full time in my former self but over time I started to be gendered correctly even in the old attire. That's when I know it is time to change.
But if your livelyhood depends on it then you just have to make a choice.

Well one advantage I do have is I have a petit body.  So in a way.... I can say.  I wear women's clothing everyday

Well, if you're a trans-girl than you're a woman. Hence, wearing male clothes would amount to crossdressing

You only have to convince them, that doesn't mean you've got to put your job on the line. I also didn't, took 1,5 years to tell my employer. When I finally did, I was 4 months into HRT already.

Im already 7 months of hrt in April 7. 
If I was better at make up,  I would so wear it everyday.

One thing that worries me is that... When I went to my endo.. The nurse asked if there are any part of my body i dislike.  I wanted to say my privates... but i was too ashamed to say it... so i said no.

Now here comes my true problem and true fears..... Say if after one year or so what ever.. Say I get disapproved for SRS.  Does that mean im not trans... That's the messed up part Im worried about

I know i know... Don't rush it....Some people take years of hrt and still dont do srs.  Just be grateful I'm on hrt at least.  Once im ready to fully come out in public,  that's when I know.  I am definitely comfortable being mtf.
