Welcome back to Susan's Place. There are a number of things it could be but an infection is likely. If you are unable to locate a doctor, give the doctor who provide your HRT. Doctors know doctors so you should be able to get a referral. Don't wait and do it as soon as possible.

We issue to all new members the following links so you will best be able to use the web site.

Could be Epididymitis (Inflammation of the tube at the back of the testicle that stores and carries sperm.)

It is unrelated to the HRT but is similar to what you describe. It can become extremely painful and awkward but the dr can give antibiotics that will clear it up well. The cause of this isn't really known but it happens to many.
Cheers,

Dana

Thanks for the replies everyone. :)

I Made an email to my Dr to see when they are open for a next appointment. As of now, I only have one doctor, the one who only deals with trans patients. I have been in search for another doctor for everything else, but so far 3 years, and not one doctor is accepting anyone. (Massive shortage of doctors here in canada. lol).

I just got back in the country, so is a bit easier for contact and all.
