So last week I went to the skin doctor to get a mole removed and it was a very feminine area. They had free lipsticks to grab and I wanted one so I waited for nobody to be looking and snuck one in my pocket. I carried it all the way home and then went up my room to look at it. It was bright red and (what I didn't know at the time) has glitter in it. So last night came and I decided that I wanted to put it on for fun so that's what I did. I took it off afterwards but it didn't all come off. Little did I know that this is long lasting lipstick from L'Oreal and there was a little bit that was faded on my bottom lip. I know what I am looking for so when I look I can still see that my lip is more red than it should be. I also noticed a little glitter but not noticeable unless you know. I thought last night that my lip was still a little red from scrubbing it but when I woke up, it was still red from the lipstick. So today I went through school and I would tell when I looked in a mirror that there was lipstick there still but it was faded. I tried to hide it as best I could because it was not to noticeable and I wanted to make it obsolete. My question is, since I talked to girls today, do you think that girls noticed that? I know guys tend to be clueless about this type of thing but a girl who wears makeup day, would they pick up on even the smallest amount? I once had a girl ask me if I was wearing mascara because my eyelashes looked a little bit curlier. Any thoughts on my awkward day today.

They probably wouldn't notice if your lip was a bit more red than usual, they probably don't pay particularly close attention to your normal skin tone, but even a speck of that glitter probably stood out loud and clear to them. Being in school though, glitter doesn't necessarily mean you put it there on purpose, even in high school the art room is full of stray glitter particles.

I would agree - I doubt that anyone noticed.

If they did you could have some fun with them like "Yeah, I couldn't get all the lip stick off last night." and see what they say.  Then follow up with "it's chapstick" or "cherry icey" or "that's the color xxx was wearing when we made out" or...
