Hello Forum,

I'm a college student, divorcee, cat person, godparent, and writer.

I'm also ftm/genderqueer/transmasculine/nonbinary, recently came out to friends and family, want to pursue testosterone, and want to connect with other awesome trans* folks in the world and get whatever advice I can for how to get where I want to go.

This is such a big forum, I hope I don't get lost in it.

Welcome Cornbread,
Welcome. You won't get lost. If you do, there are a lot of helpful people to help guide. My name is Moni, short for Monica. I am headed in the opposite general direction as you (MtoF), but we are all friendly. Look, you  have already had an influence on one of the members here. I am craving cornbread now. lol See you around!
If I ever offend you, let me know. It's not what I am about.

Hi Cornbread,

I love cornbread with honey butter! Probably because I hardly ever get it. I hope you plan to stuck around and become a part of our family so I can get all the Cornbread I want.

I'm Jeanette, MtF, 64, silly person, and self appointed unofficial greeter here at Susan's place. (the tell me I have to leave the "Official greetings" to the admin and moderator folk here. That's okay cuz they are purty good folk too. Si let me welcome you to Susan"place unofficially.  Come on in.  (((Hug))) you didn't think you were getting by me without one of them did you? Grab a soda, or a coffee, water, tea or me....oooops. wrong line sorry. But yeah go ahead and get yourself a drin and pull up a chair.  No not that royal red plush one, that's Cindy's. She's special around her and just got back to us from a trying experience. We're all glad to have her back. Here use this one it's Dena's, she won't mind I think she's sleeping now anyway.
Have you had a chance to look through our forum? There's a whole section for FtM people like you. Those folks there will probable be your best resource her but everyone will try to help you if they can. This transition business isn't an easy undertaking. It's a lot more than just taking hormones. Hormones are really cool but there is sooo much more to becoming the people we want to be. There's a lot of doubts and fears and unknowns that others here have already had to deal with and can be of tremendous help. I'm kinda new at this too and I know people here have helped me an awful lot so far.
Anyway read the posts that interest you, comment if you want and please ask you questions and tell us more about yourself so that we can get to know you as you get to know us by what we share. We all want you here and hope that you will want to be here too.

  Hugs Cornbread,
   Jeanette
