Dr. Krege performs standard penile inversion with a maximum depth of 4-5 inches, clitoroplasty that looks like a sunken ball and labia minora out of scrotal skin - so basically a package that reflects the results of about 10-15 years ago.

There is no German surgeon I can recommend at all that achieves state of the art vulva and vagina.

And from my experience now after my sigma-lead correction SRS with Dr. Kaushik I can only say:
no skin graft SRS achieves a vagina that comes even close in sensation and function to a colon surgery - since I had a skin graft SRS with Dr. Chettawut I am one of the very few girls who knows because I can compare the two from my own experience.
Omfg at "a sunken ball " lmfao ... did you end up doing a review here of your correction with dr kaushik ? I remember you saying you were planning on going to him

Hello Monamtb

Your profile mentions that you had SRS with Chettawut. Why did you need to have a correction with Kaushik?

Hi Mona,

would I be correct in thinking you have some financial connection to at least some of these surgeons? You provide some kind of medical escort services?

I've always found your posts very interesting, but I'm not entirely sure how to interpret them.

Hi Mona,

I've followed your posts for a long time and always found them interesting. I don't usually say much since I don't usually have much to add.

I'm not criticizing you here, just asking for clarification. I might not bother if it were anyone else, but I do pay attention to what you post because it appears to be so well informed. Not many people have your level of experience.

Perhaps the below is what I'm asking about

And I am sure that quite a number of people here on Susans will confirm that I always give advice free of cost without hinting at my services. On top of that my work is more geared towards German speaking individuals who want the combination of life coaching, who want to benefit from my experience, and who want me to be with them as a translator and interpreter for their surgeries - so for most of the people on Susans wouldn't even be a client option for the services

You don't advertise here, but the other side of that is that you don't disclose that you you have this business in a closely related area to the advice you're giving. I came across your business in my research off site, and I noticed that you have changed at some point from (if I can recall correctly) helping with Chettawut, Suporn, etc, to only Olmec. What am I supposed to think? Hence the question.

So if I understand you correctly you are paid directly by the patients, and receive no form of payment from anyone else?

Using the colon in surgery is relatively old. I was aware of it when I had my surgery however as far as I know, nobody had the procedure. The danger as we saw it was from the intestinal tract not healing properly or the scar tissue causing a constriction. In the past 35 years or so, I suspect the procedure has improved and it's possible the risk of failure is much lower however I suspect it still has a higher risk that the PI surgery. My opinion is if you decide on this procedure, make sure the support system is in place to handle any issues that may occur.

I've no real opinion on Olmec since there's very independent information available on them, and I don't think any independent post-op results photo's.

Suporn's currently my favorite, but I'd never have considered Thailand in the early days as there wasn't enough independent information available about them. That's where India is for me at the moment. There's no way I'd trust a surgeons website by itself, and certainly not in a Thailand or India. I also don't have much faith in just a few positive reviews, as they could be fake or just plain good luck (I'm not saying they are). So it's not about the how good they or their techniques, but how much I can trust what I read - and I'm not very trusting.

It will be interesting to see what happens over the next few years. Hopefully there will be a large number of reviews of their work on English language websites (I do read German and French sites on occasion as well).

Actually it's first hand info on olmec in this subgroup ... some are fans and some are not (but seem to be not fans of him because of the hygiene ) ... so it's independent views bout him on here ... actually I should say I post one negative review bout him on here from somebody that has been to him with screen shots
