Hello guys,

I have a questions to guys that had top surgery..
Did you had any hard lumps (tissue) after top surgery? when they started to go away? did you do something or they left by their own?
im post op 14 days and except of swelling and still some bruises i have some hard lumps (and in big size) in several places. I know its too early but i need to know from when i will start to worry :P

Have you had a post op appointment with your surgeon yet? That would be something I would ask them about.

Well, he is far away, i contact via email, that i was going to do it eitherway today.
It is a common side effect for cis male doing gynecomastia (some say to massage the area so the scar tissue to be absorbed, some other say it will take months to go away etc.. I did the same procedure without incisions.
I just asked if anyone had and when they left.

Cogitans, which top surgery procedure did you have?  I don't know if this makes a difference for lumps.

Well, i will try to explain it, because its not like the "common" ways out there (also excuse me for my not fluent english).
I chose that procedure because:
its not a general anesthesia (its called tumescent and you do like a topical anesthesia, i was half-awake in the procedure).
Its a bloodless field surgery, with no incisions
The cost was really low - i left the same day later at noon
Imagine it is like a combination of liposuction with a revolutionary method that take out the glance (not only lipo of course) without cutting your skin, without incisions, without blood losing.
Im totally glance free anymore, i dont have cuts except two holes (each side) like the holes they do in lipo. nothing else
I was size 2b or 3a.
To do this surgery need some qualifications, that i had them (for example good elastical skin, good physique).
Its not a common surgery way like many write here (keyhole, double incision etc) so thats why i try to explain to you :)
I read about this method years before and only one surgeon do this in my country. All others do similar but not the same (with incision though, or with general anesthesia that i didnt want to do it).
I was his first trans guy patient, but he had did many gynecomastia/body builders,increases/dicreases of breasts (over than 2000 patients) so i was quite certain for his ability..
Im very happy with the result, very natural, without incisions, i only want to treat my lumps (as many other men have after gynecomastia) the best way i can..
