Hello all! :). I stealthy made a reply on a post relating to the same subject, but it was someone else's experience, so I figured I ought to post my own.  It's otherwise been a few years since I posted here, and funny enough that too was about following in the path of something Jennygirl had done, albeit in a different place (physically and geographically :D )

ANYWAY!  I'm looking into getting a Brazilian Butt Lift / Body Contouring / Fat transfer having seen the fantastic results here and elsewhere, and its really the last of my personal body hang-ups after fixing just about everything else.

So I started sending queries to various clinics offering the procedure including LBPS in London, Ocean Clinic and cirumed (Dr. Aslani) in Marbella, Dr. Hamza (also UK), and one other I forget.

Had replies from all with prices varying from exceptional reasonable to £OMGbonkers (UK, funny enough)

Three places asked for photos which I provided, two of which have responded - the third, and yet most favoured in my mind (cirumed) has not yet got back to me.

Ocean Clinic (Dr. Kaye) have worked on me before (FFS) and were lovely, but suggested that I wouldn't achieve hourglass with what I currently have as I don't have enough fat - this was a bit of shock to me as I'm pretty sure my tummy is monster, but it may not have come across in the photos - they playfully suggested I hit the cakes so they have more to work with.

London's LBPS gave a very detailed reply, though their pricing starts way up near the limits of my budget, and to be honest I didnt expect to get a great deal here in the UK, and would actually love another trip abroad, especially if it's Marbella, so I'm hoping that cirumed get back to me soon, or I clarify things more with Ocean Clinic.  Those two are my preferred options at this time.

I'd be interested to hear other people's experiences with the procedure and/or these surgeons.
Kx

Update: Dr. Aslani also confirms that I don't have enough fat for a successful procedure and should therefore look to put on 7kg!  Alternatively and their preferred option is a "supercharged" BBL using implants... which sounds fine to me as it's more likely to get a solid result...

Hi!

Would you share your height and weight?
I was planning on contacting cirumed next week but this got me concerned if I gained enough during the last two years.

Right now I am at 80kg and I'm 185cm tall which brings me barely over their BMI mark of 23 :-\

About 187cm and 101kg - which was a shock to me that I'd allowed my weight to go up so much... but not as shocked as I was to find out it wasn't enough!

ffami,

My sincere apologies. I gave you a smite instead of an applaud. I have asked Cindy our administrator to take care of my mistake.

This is an area of much interest to me and my male form really gives the game away so thanks for the links and keep me informed with what you find. My own research has been that implants aren't great and are hard to hide, especially around the thigh/hip area, as there's no deep muscle to bury it under. Fat transplants are best but often they get reabsorbed back into the body. I was given a link to a new method in another post but I have no way of finding the post now as once you've read replies, the thread disappears from your history. :(

If you know who give you the link, you can click on the little man under their image on a post or search for their profile. Once you have that, you can review their posting history. The site search is useful if you remember the area where it's posted and something unique about the post. Once you find it, the bookmark function is pretty good at retaining the thread.

From my questions to Cirumed, in my case the intention was to use implants for the bum so that all the fat could be used on the hips/thighs in the main.  I've been reading quite a bit about people's experiences of these procedures and I can see that particularly with implants the recovery is pretty rough... but then this would be op no.5 for me, and most of those weren't a picnic either xD
