The only positive thing about caffeine is that since it is a diuretic and estrogen increases water retention, the latter is significantly reduced.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

The only thing I can say about caffeine is that every year when my wife is a month away from her mammogram, she starts talking about cutting back on her caffeine intake because she says it can cause the machine to show lumps that don't really exist. I don't know where she got that idea or if it's just an old wives tale.

I read online that it does so I want to get opinions because if it does then I'm going to stop drinking anything with caffeine.
Not statistically significantly. When I started my transition, I used to drink some sort of soy milk because I had read that it  increased estrogen. It was futile lol. The biggest and most important variable, to me, is time on estrogen, followed by human growth hormone production. :) Thankfully, once you reach a certain point in your transition, you start to forget to inject yourself with estrogen, etc. That's how tertiary the whole near-obsession with estrogen levels eventually becomes, in my experience. In fact, I've even opted to have somewhat higher estrogen levels in the last several months, mainly because of how it has affected my libido. I'm 23, btw.

Good luck!!!!
