I finally managed to upload a pic! YAY! So I wanna ask you: how do I look? Am i passable? In this pic I'm not wearing any makeup, I did use the snapchat filter (is it cheating? lol) but it didn't change much of my appearance, I'll add a link of another pic of me with makeup. My family and friends keep saying I am passable and I've never been misgendered so far, (also get catcalled on a regular basis, but here in Italy it's waaay too common lol) but you know what it's like to be trans, you always think you look horrible!
Don't sugarcoat things but don't be too harsh please! I appreciate advice

P.S. I was considering a rhinoplasty

UPDATE: Apparently according to my family the filter did change the way I look, so i'll give you another pic of me without makeup (and without filters).

You look great.  You definitely do not need rhinoplasty.  Your nose already looks feminine as it is.  Yes, you are passable, and it should only get better with HRT.  Also, you can probably stop using Snapchat filters

Yeah, I'm going to echo what others have said here: Nix the rhinoplasty idea. Your nose looks just fine and proportionate to your face. You're quite beautiful, honestly.
I have no idea how you ever 'passed' as a male with your lips, either.

Same as everybody else you look like a woman and most definatly pass.

You can't improve, only screw up perfection.  Grandma says you look good. Damn Good.

You know what?...surgery hurts...a lot...you are beautiful and don't let anyone touch that beautiful face...with HRT you will just continue to look more female...if that's even possible in your case
