Just joined the site and wanted to introduce myself!
I only accepted myself as trans a few months ago - it was an intense experience, and therapy has helped me make some sense of it. But since I have, I've been happier and more at peace than I've been in my life! Right now, I'm living as a man, doing as much research as I can so I can plan a transition properly.
I'm an artist, big into gaming (digital and tabletop, especially D&D), and studied game art in grad school. I'm from Texas and come from a family that is surprisingly accepting for how religious they are - I think of them as 'hippies for Jesus'

. Still, the thought of coming out is scary.
I'm friendly but a little shy, and am a bit of an armchair philosopher. I love monsters, horror (especially possession movies! <3), animals, and all things geekish. Feel free to say hi!
