When: 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. today
Where: University of the Pacific's Grace Covell Hall
Cost: $30

And so, in conjunction with staff and fellow students, Skinner helped organize what he hopes will become an annual event, a student conference on lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender issues to be held from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. today at Pacific's Grace Covell Hall. Students from around Northern California are expected to attend the event.
