I am currently covered by Kaiser Permanente and I heard that there's a clinic in Oakland California. However I live in Colorado and don't know if they cover out of state doctors.

I can never truly be happy with the face I currently have and it is severely impacting my livelyhood. I would like to know the full process of getting it covered, such as which therapists I would need to see and how long the process would be as well as final costs.

I'm shocked that an insurance company would cover FFS at all.  I assume they must also cover SRS?

Dr. Andrew Kleinberger performs FFS for Kaiser.  He is a former fellow who trained under Dr Spiegel for FFS.  I would ask Kaiser for a referral to see him.

Insurance is regulated by  the state insurance board. Because of that, purchasing or providing insurance across state boarders isn't normally done. That is also why there is a blue cross of arizona and a blue cross of california.
