Ni Nooms,

I'm Laurie, I discovered I was trans about 6 months ago and started HRT a little over 5 months ago. Now this does not mean I wasn't trans before that. I used to think I was only a crossdresser but realized I was much more than that. I'm 64.. yeah yeah I'm a slow learner, but it better to get started late than to never have started at all. Besides I enjoy roller coasters.
Welcome to Susan's ((hugs)) yep I do those too, love hugs. I hope you do enjoy being here with us and enjoy the forums. Go ahead and take part, jump right in and when you're tired of jumping come on into the lounge and have a seat, make yourself at home. Coffee is on the counter, hot water there too for tea, sodas in the fridge and water in the tap.

I saw your reply to one of my posts in another thread so I thought I'd come and say hi here formally. 

I'm also from the UK (Coventry), 33 (34 in a few months) and just possibly starting this crazy journey of discovery. I'm a mix of excited, scared, sad, happy and angry all in one.

Hopefully we'll speak more soon.

Lovely to meet you. All those emotions are perfectly normal. Denial is another good one lol. Just remember you are not alone, there are so many brothers and sisters out there that there is always someone to talk too or listen x

Of course it's Nooms, as in rooms, Moni, as in Tony. Anyone can see that.

  You need to understand Nooms, Moni has trouble pronouncing her own name. You can't really expect her to pronounce someone else's name properly. She thinks her name is pronounced  Moni, as in Connie or Bonnie. Isn't that silly? Anyone can see it is just like the song, Moni Moni... Oooops watch it, Here she comes now, sing Moni, Moni..

  We gotcha girl. It's only Moni that has trouble with names. Prolly cuz she's so isolated .(she lives on an island)

Nooms it is as in moooo with an "ms" at the end or rooms. (Though I do like Naomi)
