I've been having a lot of dysphoria recently, specifically chest and "bottom" dysphoria. Ever since I've been on T and my dysphoria from my voice and period has gone away my bottom and chest dysphoria has gotten MUCH worse. It's kinda like the voice and period dysphoria just transferred to make the dysphoria about the rest of my body much worse :/ Has anyone else experienced this after going on T? Thanks for the feedback I really appreciate it :)

At this point there's nothing I can do but wait. To deal with the hatred I try to focus on losing weight and replacing fat with muscle, general fitness and the like. I can make improvements while waiting at least. Testosterone makes me less prone to intrusive thoughts, but when they do get through I just have to take my mind off it by doing something else. I can no longer abide sitting and stewing like I did in the old days.
