I'm glad to help!
Aesthetics are about an 8, although I've had a gynecologist and other medical professionals assume I was cis (in a situation where saying so officially could have had actual repercussions for them - essentially, they inadvertently lied to my insurance company). I wish my outer labia weren't so puffy, but I've seen women complaining that theirs are "too flat," so I might just be too picky. Clitoral sensation is an 11.

I was orgasmic in my sleep three weeks after surgery. Internal sensation is a 10 based on what my wife describes; the the first third of the vaginal canal is very sensate, and that's apparently how it is for cis women, too. Overall, I'm thrilled with the results.
I was offered a date three months out, but I actually asked for a delay beyond that to accommodate my work schedule. (This was in 2012, though; his waiting list is around six months now, according to a friend who went last winter.)
Brassard and Belanger both had a very kind bedside manner; they're both sweet, funny people who were gentle and helpful, although most of my questions were answered by nurses.
I spent 11 days in Montreal; 1 in the B + B, 2 in the hospital, and 8 in the recovery residence. I hear it's usually 10 days now, though.
Dilation was never acutely painful, although it was somewhat uncomfortable immediately post-op and for a few weeks around the third month. (More like a "stretching a slightly sore muscle" feeling than pain.) It stopped being uncomfortable at all by about month 4, and at this point, I only dilate once every 2-3 months... when I do, it's annoying but fine. I still have the depth I started with, and width has been gradually increased up to the orange Soul Source dilator and beyond (you could Google for that dilator set, but I'm not sure I'm allowed to link to it).
Good luck!
