Am I TOO much of a man?

So this is an issue I have been tormented with over the last 4 years.
I feel that I am one who could never be "passable" as a woman.
What on earth to do!!!???!!!
I am not a big burly guy. And I do seem to have a figure that women have even said to
me they wished they had. For whatever reason, I have nice fem hips, natural A cup breasts, and a cute curvy butt. lol
HOWEVER! ---> I have broad shoulders, a thick (for my frame) neck, a HUGE Adams apple, and a very
gruff manly head with huge brow (bone?) and "old farmer's" arms and hands. I know with many thousands
of dollars a lot of things likely could be corrected. But................I don't HAVE that kind of money!
So, I am not sure if this is simply me venting my frustrations, or me really asking a question of some sort. :-/
All I know is, I am at my wit's end seeing the scared up leathered hard life man in the mirror,
but not sure (short of winning a lottery) if there is anything I can do about it!
Thanks for hearing my vent and any suggestions appreciated.
PS: Even after the last 3 years since coming out to my friends and a few family members, I still live out
my daily life in my man body................because of what all was mentioned above.  --- sighs ---

Broad shoulders mean you wear tops with sleeves and stay aways from anything with straps over the shoulders. I have been doing this for years and the only problem I had was when shoulder pads were the in thing, the first thing I did with a new blouse was to rip them out.

Adams Apple can be shaved and it's not an expensive surgery. I had to do that as well and recovery is only a day or two. Best part of that is you don't need a doctors letter for it. Until you get surgery for your Adams Apple, a scarf around your neck is stylish and covers any issues.

As for the brow, that's why my avatar picture and my current cut have bangs. That surgery wasn't available when I transitioned so pick a style that covers your flaws. By the way, my current cut is a Dorthy Hamill or wedge cut but there are longer style you could wear if they work with your face.

Makeup and hair style can go a long way toward softening your face but you won't know what's possible until you start experimenting. Few of us get our look right the first time so you have to be ready for a few failures. If you post a picture, many on the site will be happy to give you input that will help you find your look.

Scars aren't going to go away obviously, but there are beautiful, famous women with broad shoulders and a protruding Adam's Apple, Google for pics of women with your problems and see how they try to minimize them, basically. Practically nothing exists as a uniquely male or female trait, they just tend to occur more readily in one or the other. Men get breasts, women can get facial hair. Assuming they're happy with their birth gender they just cover it up somehow, or even ignore it.
